Hallo,
ganz kurz noch neue Infos zum SP3 fuer NW5.1 und
zum Groupwise Padlock Fix.
1) Das SP3 fuer NW 5.1 hat ein Problem mit dem dort
mitgelieferten Timesync.nlm (kann NTP nicht mehr
vernuenftig). In den naechsten Tagen soll ein neues
kommen..... (Danke an Andreas fuer die Info)
2) Novell hat den Groupwisefix modifiziert. Dazu
wurde die folgende Mail uebers Novell
Developernet verschickt:
"Novell has discovered a security issue with
GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack and GroupWise 6.
This issue affects GroupWise 5.5 Enhancement Pack
and GroupWise 6 customers. A fix, called the
Padlock Fix, has been developed and is available
on Novell's support Web site at:
http://support.novell.com/padlock
There is both a server and client fix. Once the
Server Padlock Fix is applied, that server and its
corresponding workstations are secured. The Client
Padlock Fix then needs to be applied to return the
overall system to optimum performance.
Recommend that you apply the Server Padlock Fix
immediately.
Prior to this announcement we were staging download
files. If you downloaded files prior to 8pm Eastern
time on 14 August 2001, you will need to get the
files that are currently on the site.
